Richard brings to GISI more than 28 years of experience in public accounting working on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with corporate, private equity, and infrastructure investors. He has represented clients on both sides of transactions regarding financial due diligence, synergy analysis, integration and separation matters, accounting practices, and deal structuring. His sector experience includes engineering and construction, infrastructure, and diversified industrials.
Prior to joining GISI, Richard was a partner with KPMG LLP in their deal advisory practice and previously a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Richard completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and received his MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
