As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Richard “Rich” Lee is a cornerstone of GISI’s financial leadership and strategic expansion. Well-respected in both the investment banking community and the infrastructure industry, Rich was instrumental in guiding the complex financial strategy that underpins GISI’s successful diversification.
Rich leads the company’s financial planning and operations and has attracted an outstanding team of financial professionals to support GISI management and its partner companies. Collaborating closely with the CEO, board, and executive team, he ensures the financial health and sustainability of the organization, aligning financial goals with business objectives to support long-term growth. He is also a key figure in all merger and acquisition transactions.
Rich’s governance extends to his service on the subsidiary boards for STO Building Group and GISI Consulting Group, where he is a member of the audit committees, ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment across the enterprise.
Prior to joining GISI, Rich was a partner with KPMG LLP and previously at Arthur Andersen LLP, where he specialized in advising corporate, private equity, and infrastructure investors on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Rich earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
