John’s principal role focuses on corporate and strategic development initiatives both from an M&A and organic growth perspective. Additionally, John will spearhead GISI’s approach to technology-based innovation investments as well as ESG.
Prior to joining GISI, John was a founding member and partner of Meridiam SAS, a Paris-based investor and asset manager specializing in public-private partnership (P3) projects. While at Meridiam, John was actively engaged across a variety of infrastructure investment disciplines including business development, project development, project finance, fundraising, and corporate finance. As an investment professional and project developer, John led Meridiam’s teams in major Public Private Partnerships including LaGuardia Airports Central Terminal, Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the Long Beach Courthouse Project, Central 70 Project in Denver and the Iowa University Utility P3.
John sits on the Meridiam North America investment committee and remains active with major industry associations, including his role on the executive committee of the New York League of Conservation Voters Education Fund. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
